I’ve been trying for three days straight toshib still unable to find a solution. However I am sure enough that nothing is wrong with the VAP. It couldn’t detect any wireless network. I saw a forum answer talking about TBSWireless that’s located in Toshiba folder, I tried and there’s no response at all, nothing happened, nothing popp’ed up.

It’s as simple if not simpler satelljte running windows update. The one thing you can do to make sure your laptop stays healthy is to clean out the fluff from the fan. Yes over-heating could damage any of the components including the WLAN and permanently burn-out the toshiba satellite l650 network adapter or make it only work intermittently when it is cold or warm but not hot.
I’m guessing that’s not been any help when running that.
